The 2013 Property Investment and Home Expo (PIHex) will be held in Sandakan from 14 to 16 June 2013 at the Yu Yuan Secondary School from 10:00am to 8:00pm daily.

Good news for visitors as every purchase during the event will entitle property buyers an entry in the Buy & Win competition, whereby they will get a chance to win a Volkswagen Polo Sedan worth more than RM100,000! This contest is sponsored by Volkswagen Kota Kinabalu that wholly managed by DKV Automobile Sdn Bhd. According to their Managing Director, Dicky Vun, “For every RM100,000 value of property purchased during the event, buyers will be entitled to one draw ticket. To be eligible, buyers must commit booking fees during the event, and upon signing the sale and purchase agreement, they will receive the draw ticket.”

The Volkswagen Polo Sedan is a reliable German engineered car that showcases its safety features such as electronic stability, anti-slip regulator, and anti-lock brakes. The economical 1.2 litre Polo dishes out its 175 Nm of torque from as low as 1,550 rpm.

The TSI engine is also paired with a seven- speed DSG that ensures quick shifts to the right ratio all the time making overtaking in city traffic a breeze. The small TSI can also push the 1,126kg car along at roughly 10 km per litre in the rough city roads without any real effort at saving fuel. The 14-plus km per litre claimed by VW might only be achieved by more careful driving on smoother uncongested highways.
