Love your parents, as they loves you.

I came across with this picture and it inspires me to write, suddenly.

Many of us (or maybe just me) wonder what the feeling is, when you reached this world.
Now, we only know “How” to live in this world. I’m always curious.

None of us can remember the every first moment when we came to this world because we are just tiny ones, closes our eyes until we first cried, that moment that every mother first delivers their babies. We just can’t recall back that important moment when we were born.

We never know how it is like when we were born.
We never know how we feel when we first pushed out from mother’s womb.
We never know... a lot of things when we first born, but only when our parents told us how.
But, the truth is, we want to know... “How?”

Maybe one day we will know how it is like and that time might be the time when we are the ones that make “Life”. When only a new baby is born and from there we know “how” it is like and what is the “feeling”. That is why, “Life” started from that single moment.

Parents are the ones who bring us to life. They have made us biologically.
Mothers are the ones that carries us about 9 months and every father are the ones that taking care of the mother and the baby in the womb. We do know it is hard to carry a baby in a tummy, everybody knows that but we do not really know the exact feeling when we are carried by our mother... until you tried it yourself.

I hope everyone do appreciate their lives, but not only realise it when it is too late. And I do believe that the single moment of a “Life” was born; it is a happiness and wonderful experience that you would cherish. And I believe every mother and father experienced it throughout the whole journey of bringing a “Life”. And it goes on and on... generation to generation.

Cherish every moment that you have with your parents. From there, you will understand the life that they want us to live in.

Happy Mother’s Day, Mommy and Happy Father’s Day, Daddy.

With all my love.

Welcoming the New Year 2012

It took me five minutes to think what should I blog about...
Well, I know that lately I have been busy and didn’t update my blog. So I have decided to tell you what had happened during my New Year eve. Yes, I know I am way back behind but it’s a good memory to share J

Anyway, this is how we celebrate.

Daddy came out with this crazy idea that all daughter should come up with a dish. Either you make it or you buy it, its okay. Daddy just wanted to find out do we have his gift. So each daughter really thought about one or two recipes. Let’s see one by one...

Eldest sister bought Lasagna from Little Italy because it’s mom’s favourite dish.
Second sister made an ice cream cake.
Third sister made mash potato.
And I did something healthy and light which was pasta and some appetizer made from tomato with some herbs and cheese.
Oh, of course, mom did lamb chop.

Other than us, we have our family friends to join us that night. So we have pizza as well as chicken wings.

Well, that’s about it. Lovely night! It is an extraordinary sharing moment at home and we countdown peacefully. Of course, we end up with wine and liquor just to have a little celebration feeeeeel.

Please let me know how did you celebrate your New Year because I know I am... 'gone' for sometime. Haha!

Had a day out with my family just to have a shopping spree!
Well, I did tried on some clothes but I really wish that I could get myself a GUESS jeans because it's on sales! Choose and choose then who knows, I can't fit in! *Don't you laugh* But in the end, I get myself a pair of MNG jeans and I likey in now still! Mom and sisters bought some from GUESS, Charles and Keith, Face Shop, and Salabianca!

So, here are some pictures where I am waiting for all of them.
Anyway, the picture (right) is where I tried a blouse in Salabianca. I just couldn't make my decision whether to buy it or not and I didn't buy it in the end because I'm budgeting for myself but my sister did bought it! =D

Kundasang Trip just for the kids Part5

This time, Poring Hot Spring.
We had spent our half day in the afternoon to try out the Hot Spring Water.
The kids really enjoyed, but I only able to soak my foot.
But before that, see the pictures of the waterfalls and the location of Poring Hot Spring.

Kundasang Trip just for the kids Part 4

The Cottage Hotel is actually located quite near to one of the attraction in Sabah which is the Kundasang War Memorial.

So, we stopped by there at The Cottage Hotel just to have our lunch. Dishes are quite okay just that there are too many flies there which it is quite annoying but what to do? Cold places, more flies.

The kids love the environment which is cold. They manage to snap some pictures outside the restaurant and unbelievable that we saw a caterpillar!

Other than that, from here, we get a view of the villager’s house and farm as well.

Kundasang Trip just for the kids Part3

Kinabalu Park it’s a place which have the most beautiful view of our Mount Kinabalu. It is clear when it is in a good weather but somehow when it is raining then unfortunately you won’t have the chance to enjoy the view. Every climber do come here and get ready because the starting point is in this park.

Well, I never get the chance to climb Mount Kinabalu but for sure that one day, one day I will climb it until the top (if I can reach). How I wish I can go but daddy said that I must have a full training before going. Yet, I still think that I’m okay to climb now as I did exercise regularly.

Ehhh.. Papa?
.......No. No. No..

Yeah.
I didn't get to see Mount Kinabalu because it's raining... :(

Morning Breakfast with Little Niece

My little beautiful niece wanted to go for a short walk in Suria Sabah because she just came back from KL actually and that’s why she hardly can have her time in Kota Kinabalu. She’s really really pretty. But anyway, this is my breakfast today where it is located in Damai. Restaurant named Da Chen.

Dishes here are quite expensive for me but the quality and the quantity of the food is a lot! I will show you how big are my dumpling. The fillings are prawns, meat, some mushrooms. Omg. The taste of it is brilliant and of course, it’s dumpling right? So, the juicy soup inside the dumpling it’s really tasty! Better not to drop it into the soup while you are eating the dumpling because the sauce inside is really good!

First Metrojaya in Kota Kinabalu

Well well, Metrojaya opened for Christmas so all the decorations were in Christmas.

Angels be with you.

I went there with my family and an aunt. You know, I love how they decorate the whole department store. Sometimes, it makes me want to have my own home and decorate it with those plates, wine glasses, furniture, and so on. Price is just nice as people would be affordable to buy those that they need.

Living room, Bathroom and Kitchen stuffs are my favourite section to see and dream of.

After a walk inside Metrojaya, we have a walk outside Metrojaya. The centre atrium is big and empty. It is enough for us to see everyone who walks and chit chatting there over and over again with the same faces. This mean we can also see how many empty slots have not been rented yet.

We had Kenny Roger’s for dinner and they serve quite a few to compare to the other Kenny Roger’s. The others are full plate but this I still can see there are empty spaces on my plate. I give them the rating of 3/5. Haha! Maybe because it’s newly opened and the waiter and waitress are newly trained. So, its better not to compare to other Kenny Roger’s first.

Loccitane en Provence is here. So, this is the first one in Kota Kinabalu as well. Both of my sisters bought something from here and I get something for free as well!

By that time, Aldrich called me and said that he’s here. So, I’m gone in sudden just to get him before he get lost. Then after that, Aldrich and I continue to explore Metrojaya as it’s his first time stepping in. We took few pictures at the Christmas trees in Metrojaya as I told Aldrich that nobody cares what’s going on there unless we are at the cashier.

I’m not the only one who loves it, Aldrich as well. We both love this one.
