The Saturday Gourmet Night featured nine (9) signature burgers:
Belveder Burger (beef striploin burger with mushroom deluxe),
Lamb Leg Burger, Picture on left.
Red Neck (softshell crabs stuffed with scallops),
Triple Cheese Steak, Wakame Crumb Fish Burger,
Double Mushroom Beef Burger,
Chicken Burger with Foie Gras,
Duck Burger with Caviar Aubergine and Tuna Burger (with creamed avocado). Picture on right.
“We’ve had really great feedback from customers and due
to popular requests we felt that it was time for us to take it to the next
level and introduce gourmet burgers. What makes us different from other burger
joints is that we start with the best ingredients and take pride in its
preparation. Plus, we go out of our way to ensure that every customer knows
that they are appreciated”, says Chef Leonel Velazquez, Director of Operations.
Bomber’s Burger is a 1950s inspired restaurant that allows visitors to go back in time to the days of drive-in movies and rock and roll. When we first opened our doors, we set out to create a restaurant that offers a great environment, great prices and great food.
Other items on the menu include the Foie Gras Truffle
Fries and delicious milkshakes such as Peaches and Cream, Mud and Chocolate,
and Reese Peanut Butter Cup. Think Tank Creations currently operates six
eateries including Bella Restaurant, Bomber’s Burgers, Chiwawa Mexican
Restaurant, Catch 22, LVE and Dos Mundos.
