Duck in a Pancake?

What you think it is?
It actually called the
"Beijing Ya" aka Beijing Duck

Aww..
We had a great dinner yesterday nite in Jing Hu.
It is located near Tanjung Aru Beach.
This is the most unique dish of all.
Where we have to put the duck and onion leaf? plus sause to fold together in a pancake?

Am I right?

oh! i love this dish so much! i must order this sumptuous meal everytime i went to promonate. may be u can try tat one, the restaurant just located beside the bakery shop and lift. 1st they bring out a whole roasted duck on a trolly next to ur table, then they will cut off the crunchy duck's skin on a plate, just put a slice of the skin on the flatbread (u called "pancake" haha) then put on the julienne vegetables as ur desire, then put on some sauce, wrap it then arrrmmpp!! hhaa.. nice man! how about the rest of the duck? the will use the duck meat to cook another dishes for u, the rest of it they will.. cook soup i think.. 4got.. try the one i recommend~ hehe! u will like it.. =p
